During the pre-show arrival period, we projected a commemorative image of Her Majesty, allowing guests a quiet moment of reflection before the main presentation began.

As guests gathered, they were invited to watch a ten-minute immersive audiovisual performance, carefully choreographed and fully synchronised to music. The show combined large-scale projection mapping with dynamic visual storytelling, creating a shared ceremonial moment that marked the transition from the tribute into the celebratory atmosphere of the evening.
